MeetingCenteR4 offers different rooms, each of which can be customised to suit your meeting, brainstorming session or training.

MeetingCenteR4 is an attractive formula that fully meets your needs and wishes. The site consists of: PeRspectief4 with a Lounge that can be used as a break-out room, Resteau4 and BoRdeau4 with break-out room CointReau4 and ARisteau4 with an adjacent break-out room FigaReau4. The different rooms can also be combined for break-out sessions. Groups of up to 30 participants can meet in an airy room with modern infrastructure and a relaxing view.
Everything is available to enable you to meet under optimal circumstances: a screen with Clickshare, Wi-Fi, a flip chart with markers,… MeetingCenteR4 has its own professional kitchen for your culinary meetings. It is situated on the CommunicatieCampus close to the Gent Sint-Pieters railway station, the Ghent R4 ring road and the E17/E40 interchange Expo (E17/E40) and has its own car park.
