RoomeR opening its second brewery in Ghent

Maarten and Jeroen Michel – RoomeR's brewers – have opened their second brewery in Ghent city centre opposite their first brewery in the Krevelstraat near the Keizerpoort.
The small, bulbous bottle with its yellow drink and white flowers has been available for five years now and is distributed throughout Flanders. Once again, the Ghent-based brothers specifically chose Ghent as their base of operations – locating their new plant opposite the first one. Maarten Michel explains why, 'We're urban farmers producing an authentic product by traditional methods in the heart of Ghent. Our elderberry flowers are grown on the Koppenberg, but the rest is produced here in the city. We just love this city's youthful, creative spirit.'"
