Many of these products are available at the Centre for the Promotion of the Regional Products of East Flanders (Great Butchers’ Hall).
The people of Ghent obviously have a sweet tooth too. Some examples:
- Cuberdons, tjoepkes and neuzekes: red cones filled with delicious thick raspberry syrup. Don’t leave without trying one.
- wippers, nonnenbillen, muilentrekkers, muilevol, mokken, poepkes, katrienespekken... and lots more delicious Ghent sweets!
