From 12 May till 16 September 2012 no less than thirty renowned international artists will add a touch of art and creativity to the streets of Ghent, inspired by the city itself.
Through this initiative, your visit to Ghent will get an extra dimension: historical buildings and modern art will go hand in hand, parks and squares will stand out thanks to original artworks, and unique locations will be opened to the public for the occasion.
This is the perfect time to discover Ghent or to explore the city in an entirely different light!
The first five artists have been announced: Johanna Billing, Michaël Borremans, Michael Elmgreen and Ingar Dragset, Peter Fischli and David Weiss, and Tercerunquinto.
The other participating artists will be announced later on this year.
